I listened to Harv read his book in the audiobook version and I must say it is a really good book.

They may have a newer version now.

OK, maybe I misunderstood what you want it to do, I might have placed a comma where it didn't belong, but I'm working on a VERY OLD version of ACT, and running it on Windows 98, and mine will do that.

The short version is--it might not provide you with the asset protection you are hoping for.

Investing is a profession and doing it right takes a certain level of effort.Of course, the flip side is that without direct MLS data...the full data and not the watered down version off Realtor.com...it's harder to find your deals or do any sort of statistical research without paying an arm and a leg for the primary data.

You can find someone selling an older version at a discount.

I posted this under the rehab section - though I might get more play here...Short version of my question :After much research I believe it would be relatively easy to consistantly turn houses for a quick $10-12k net profit...on a 90 day average turn.

At the time I called it a TV version of the Land & Homes magazine that you don't have to turn the pages on.

Sorry to bother you about all this but I have the full version of Acreobat and distiller and all and can convert these if you can I am sure.
