I see so many people who don't understand what they are bidding on.They don't do the research, they don't drive by to see that the Google st view is not accurate and they put down a bunch of cash on a bad property. 

If they're responsive and know how to save you $ on taxes sometimes the premium price pays for itself.

The owner can designate a host who shall be responsible, and authorized, to act on the owner's behalf to promptly remedy any violation of these standards or the permit.

If you could be more precise, you will get better responses. 

Some examples:Section 8 typically covers 80% of the rent (depending on tenant income), with tenants responsible for the remaining 20%.

Syndications are great if you want to own real estate and enjoy the appreciation while sharing the risk and responsibilities with others.
