What I did in my teens is I read every single business magazine published every single month cover to cover, Fortune, Forbes, Inc, Fast Company, Barrons, so literally tens of thousands of business articles over many years. 

I won't be getting much of a deal up front , but can avoid the covid demand from fleeing New Yorkers and bidding war that is happening here in new Jersey for Multifamily homes. 

Seller’s agents have been saying New Yorkers are overpaying for everything because of Philly prices compared to NYC.

There are books at the library or online, magazines like Kiplinger's, websites like Nerdwallet, and the Bigger Pockets Money Podcast where you can learn for free.

I recently clipped something from my Realtor Magazine that might be helpful.

There are little things that give me more joy than flipping through Architectural Digest and Dwell magazines with a cup of coffee in hand.

I’ll browse around for my fellow New Yorkers.

Things may seem grim now and I may be biased but as a New Yorker, I have faith in the recovery.

. ~500,000 New Yorkers have fled the city since the pandemic began, business are closed and closing, crime has skyrocketed, and major financial firms are fleeing the city.
