What can't be crunched is reading the tea leaves to see if the environment (unique businesses to support rentals etc) moving forward offers the sustainability that a investor needs to see returns off said investments.

I've had to buy bedspreads for all of my beds 3 times this summer, have had a half dozen towels get stained, an electric tea pot get melted, the furniture gets damaged, etc.

Suffice to say, not my cup of tea.- Got taken to lunch by my realtor, contractor, property manager, my tenants- Got scammed by a guy who posed himself as a MF lender- Got bullied by a real estate lawyer to sacrifice half my deposit for doing nothing wrong.A not so warm welcome.. got out with my teeth kicked in..That is not to say the market may not be for you!
