It can be blown in through small drill holes between the studs,    so minimal patchup work after which the contractor would do probably everything of except the paint touchup.

I'm thinking if it was painted recently then just touch up the wall paint and repaint the trim and it will look as good as new & much cheaper and quicker.

That left over paint can be use to touch up at any location to include our personal home, same for the white base.

From pictures that my agent sent (vacant unit), and walk through video of the occupied unit from the listing agent, I did not see anything besides touch up in vacant unit, and possibly replacing front porch steps.
