I doubt having a brand or web address will change others perception of "Flippers".

If you're stumbling over your words or your conversational flow is choppy because you're trying to read a script then you aren't giving the perception that you know what you're talking about and that you are truly a solution to the sellers problems.2. you don't sound trusting.

Its sad to see how a few mistakes made by a referee can put a whole country on its knees.I lived in Croatia for the most of my childhood and know how passionate everyone is for the game.Its harsh to use words like corruption and bribery but the 2 decisions were not made with the sale criteria.Some referees are more stringent than others with certain things and have different perceptions.

Its a matter of perception.

It's my perception that the 1% rule (e.g. $1200/month on a $120K house) starts to diverge at about the $130K price point, meaning you can probably get $1300/month for a $130K house, but you're likely not going to get $1400/month on a 140K house (maybe $1350).
