There's a chance they will say no (because they showed you 6 properties and expect to be paid) in which case perhaps you can arrange for their managing broker to set you up with a different agent in the same brokerage and give the first agent a referral fee for their efforts/ for referring you.  

@Rene D.Think you need to provide more context of what this is in reference too.Also as mentioned it doesn’t make sense saying perpetual 2 years.

This will allow you give a reference point on how much potential rent you can receive.

I have a few contractors I can refer to you that might give a more accurate quote. 

As far as staging support, we do not offer that service, instead refer it to some designers. 

Their software is solid, I was able to get several positive references, and the pricing is reasonable.
