Still waiting on payments to start with the city of Memphis. it was supposed to be October 1st but I haven't seen anything yet.

This lead to piecing together payments here and there and drastically slowed the construction process and major cost overruns.

Getting this cleaned up now would push my credit score over 800+ and eliminate nearly $3k per month in revolving debt payments and bring me quite a bit of peace.

If the Owner wishes toterminate the agreement during an existing tenancy the owner will be held liable for payment ofmanagement fees for the duration of the existing lease as well as a $300 + GST cancelationfee.

I guess my question is this: is the very low cash flow (due to my low down-payment and high interest) going to improve?

Take the payment in 2 or 3payments.

Otherwise, move debt down to a 7-10 year time frame + lower monthly payments.
