Hey, if you want to get a bang for your buck get a piece of the pie. 

I started in 2008 in Milwaukee and bought a duplex for $126,000 and $550 rent.

I would also hire them to do something, sometimes an appraisal, sometimes just a letter of opinion and paying them a feew bucks to provide some commercial comps was pretty cheap.

Honestly probably not, but I hate people who blatantly flout the rules because they are too cheap to pay an extra $25 bucks a month.

I would weigh out whether owner occupying a multifamily home or fix & flip would get you the best bang for your buck.

Some need more.CPM is interesting as I've never tracked it before but calling 1000 people should cost about $50-$300 bucks (VA caller and $0.20 per record) assuming its done in two 8 hour calling shifts. 1000 contacts/conversations will cost quite a bit more.I run a call center for Real Estate agents with VA callers so I track some of these numbers very closely.

if you only do negative cash flow for few hundred bucks and your large income is good enough and you plan to keep the house for ten years, then this is not an issue after all.

Since the foreclosure, along with no recorded mtgs showed up supposedly by searching their names, I suspect this may be the case. what do you suggest i do cus i really want to know if i own any more money Call a title company ask for a Title Insurance Commitment…may cost a couple hundred bucks. 

But one has to be careful that its not another Fox Conn situation that happened in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area.
