Brokerages may need to adjust their business models, which could open up opportunities for cost-efficient, flat-fee models or other discount real estate services.

But obviously, we have spent the better part of 20 years on the buyer's side of the table, so we are looking for some general advice, tips/tricks, or even the pitfalls of setting up a hard money lending arm to augment our current business model.

There are two basic models. 

Model Accountability and Integrity Lead by Example: They hold themselves accountable, demonstrating responsibility and integrity, which sets the standard for the rest of the team.

If Core Capital is a legit company they should adopt that model.

The syndication model will not work for small deals as the legal and compliance costs are not justified for raising small amounts of money.* The customizable fund can be used for raising money for a single deal or investors can invest in a bucket of properties so their risk is diversified.Please reach out to me if you would like to learn more.

Then determine which areas fit cost:rent using your accepted finance model Then run an algorithm on those areas to determine viability.
