They need this info for their stats, etc.Document area with photos.Develop a relationship with your council member for that neighborhood and find out what they are doing and report same to council member.Get on Next Door and monitor it from that as well.This could be a safety issue for your tenants as well; as a landlord you are obligated to protect and provide to them safe housing; if you need to build a fence or whatever then do it.Get involved!

I am an I.T guy.From that point of view...I would run a speed test from the areas that she complains have low connectivity.You could monitor channel traffic, and select a less used wifi channel.Another option would be to run a cable through the wall and create a wall jack for her tv.None are hugely expensive, I wouldn't happily pay for them as the property owner, but of it keeps the otherwise good tenant happy...eh.If you anticipate renting to more college students in the future, the wall jack may be a selling point for them.

But if you want personal involvement and running around, it's going to take more than the eventual promise of a commission on a lowball offer under current market conditions. ya I love that power team and remote rehab .. and expecting a realtor to monitor this all for a commish on a 50k house..

for truly passive, without a doubt, syndications or lending/notesthere is, of course, due diligence to be done at the beginning, but after that, it is monitoring and collecting checksI went through this discussion with a friend a year and a half ago, and after a few months of discussion, we were able to come up with this conclusionwell, I came up with it after a few weeks, it took my friend a couple of months to be fully convincedthere are a few syndicators on BP that are highly respected and post a lot, and some people that are also highly respected that can help you with notes/lendingand there are more out there on the internets, but you are of course going to have to vet them furthergood luck on your journeyalohasteve
