Where these numbers are found, there is a very high rate of rent actually being paid.We have over a dozen Fortune 500 companies just in Metro Detroit with huge Healthcare, Auto, and mortgage industry National footprints.

Building relationships with experienced real estate professionals is something I’ve also found to be invaluable for finding solid deals and staying informed about the market.

I know deals can be found there but the quantity is small here.

I am just researching, and the more "negative" stuff I found about it the more I am inclined not to make an offer on it.
