Does anyone know where I might be able to buy such a cable?

The big problem i have is i am looking to transfer my cable and internet from where i previously lived to this space.

Undersea cables transmit power and communications capability from Long Island to Plum Island, while an on-site power plant provides emergency back-up support.

I have heard of apartment complexes offer a basic cable for an added cost to the tenant.
