I feel as though the words in your situation are just words that you have taken a disliking to - and there's nothing wrong with that. 

I dont either but what I dislike more than the sulfur well water are the the iron stains it makes on the sinks/showers/and toilets. 

So maybe it's just me, but I can't express just how much I dislike the new layout of BP. 

Ask him what he likes and dislikes about the multifamily space and just show general interest in learning more about him and also the line of work that he's in.

Saying you want 10 buy and holds is great but what if it turns out you dislike being a landlord on deal 1?

Unless I dislike the tenant, I never raise the rent more than $100/month per year so the rent control does not affect my rent increases.The tenant/LL laws have resulted in some real horror stories.  

My best advice is to think about what you would like/dislike about a potential roommate, and ask questions accordingly!
