Or the Uverse folks at Ma Bell, I mean AT&T or similar.Or for Internet, you get one big pipe into the building and either just put a simple router and give each one a cable in the hand, or you go more fancy with a router/firewall combo that gives you three separate networks etc.You could then even go that far to offer other tenants Internet at some good price, although you have to be careful with the super suckers and Netflix watchers.Otherwise:- Motion detecting switches in bathrooms, storage areas, maybe kitchens with shut-off timer- Used furniture if you need to replace.

My plan is to probably:Find a a good deal on a CASH FLOW POSITIVE investment property and put down 25% I have already secured from a Home Equity Loan on my primary residence....There is a slight flaw that I detect here.

Plus most blackhat techniques really don't work too well these days with googles new updates and the ones that do are detected quite quickly.any good seo service will do this, I get brought on based off of rapport, honesty, results, and mostly the clients really don't have the time to do this themselves but want the results.
