I currently have a RAM 2500 (pulls the Vermeer chipper and small equipment), RAM 3500 (pulls the Bobcat T-770), and Chevy express van (general purpose LTR property management stuff) and will soon replace all of them with a Ford Lightning 150 (delivery this summer) to complement my Mach-E.

Half of my appliances got delayed because the delivery company was absolutely incompetent.The countertop measurement guy delayed me by a week because "the cabinets were not secured to the floor and the wall" (wtf).My HVAC guy didn't pull a permit for the minisplits and they might need to be moved, I'll find out on Tuesday when the inspector comes in.Somebody reported excessive trash even though it was obviously an active construction site and it was all contained in one place but only got the trash container later (you only get it for 10 days, or you have to pay more).There were a lot more daily ones but who has time to stop and worry about all of it :)Unless we have other unforeseen delays, we should be done in the next 10 days. fingers crossed.

Ask occupations around town that are always driving like mail men, delivery drivers etc that if they see a vacant looking house send it your way and you will give them a referral fee for doing so. ( if your state allows you to assign contracts without a license you can legally give them the referral fee, if it’s not allowed you won’t be able too)Paid:1.

The safe harbor applies to amounts paid during the tax year to acquire or produce what the regs call a “unit of property” (UOP), you must meet these requirements: (1) at the beginning of the tax year, the taxpayer has written accounting procedures treating as an expense for non-tax purposes amounts paid for property costing less than a specified dollar amount (which will be 2500 for you), or with an economic useful life of 12 months or less;.(2) the taxpayer treats the amount paid for the property as an expense on its books and records in accordance with its accounting procedures. ( do this on your bookkeeping software or whatever you utilize)(3) the amount paid for the UOP doesn't exceed $2,500. as substantiated by the invoiceNote: The cost for the Unit of Property includes l additional costs (for example, delivery fees, installation services, or similar costs) if these additional costs are included on the same invoice with the tangible property.Eg:A purchases 100 printers at $500 each for a total cost of $500,000 as indicated by the invoice.
