Actually, it’s also part of the law, as defendants can’t use that line as an excuse for inadvertently committing a crime.

After that, what the document is calling a second & third mortgage for lesser amounts were issued.In the court documents, the defendants include the initial lender, as well as the other lien holders - the HOA, the local government, the US government, and the 2nd & 3rd mortgage lenders.It looks like the company issuing the  Lis Pendens bought / obtained the paper from the lender (what they are calling the 1st mortgage, but is really the second) and is the plaintiff in the case.I am guessing (unless the original amount was paid off) it is therefore a foreclosure by a junior interest. 

I am not defending the PM industry, there are bad apples out there.

@Joey Morea - I totally agree with what you just said, my houses are also in Champions Gate and my community is very strict about street parking, in the last couple of days I've seen random people simply parking their cars in our driveway.

It does not mean that you won't be sued, but it may lower your risk when the lawsuit decision is based on the defendant wealth.Transferring the property to an LLC however add liability protection.

@Joe Splitrock I believe the same .My father keep on defending his strategy and still believes small shops has a good scope to generate wealth fast .

It's all about educating yourself on the market, the business and building the mindset of a champion.
