It doesn’t matter what you say but remember they can always allege you promised or told them this is the only option… also sometimes by saying nothing can give the look of you providing the only optionAs I was told at a young age, think about how this would look on the front page of a newspaper and how it would be spun, if it can be spun, then you best be careful

as someone who has the same idea as you  Pay off my personal residence ( a life long goal) and I am just about there.I could care less what anyone anywhere told me what was mathematically better..that all said you don't have to go far from Cameron park to find deals that will cash flow.. so you may want to stick close to home if you have not owned rentals..

@Charlie Cameron if you do go more traditional than wholesale there is also a VA renovation loan available that only a few lenders offer.
