The house smells like animalsLocal inspection company says house should be 75% empty so there is clear view of floors and walls.

Little things like the rower, lush wall and cute cow footrest.

However, there is a commercial duct running behind my bedroom wall that I strongly suspect is being used in violation of the building code.

I know that cities/counties do not give approvals for smaller things, like dry wall installed before electricals are  inspected.

So if you have the walls up and floor in, you may have to pull sections of flooring and drywall to expose plumbing for inspection.
