Every time a guru “education” course was co pleated, I’d receive 10 -20 phone calls from either investor wannabes “building their team” in preparation for all the real estate “great” deals they were going to uncover or the same wannabes who had already identified a “great” deal (they hadn’t submitted let alone secured acceptance of an offer yet) and were lining up their financing which since they were purchasing at 50% of the value they’d end up with not only 100% financing but also walk away from the closing table with cash in their pocket.

Do not believe the lie that you can adequately manage your vacation rental with your iPhone and some far east "customer service agents" to take the occasional phone call.

This starts with how you present yourself and your business, how you answer the phone, your rental listing(s), your website, etc...

I would probably try to speak with them face-to-face or on the phone and finish the conversation by telling them you will send them a formal letter shortly with the exact date after you talk with your contractor/partner, etc. 

No one likes putting in their info for help and getting 30 phone calls in 15 minutes!

I am also making a point of batching all of my misc admin duties with the tracker running. 

I made two phone calls today after reading this and it unlocked the next step which is getting a closing attorney/ title company.
