There are still details to keep in mind that I rarely see addressed in stock operating agreements.

It lists the decedent's name, but not their address.

You can also ask the agent to walk you through the last investor deal they did, what went well, what problems came up, and how they addressed them for their clients.Ultimately you'll have to feel comfortable building a relationship with the agent you choose & find confidence in the strength of that relationship.
