Perhaps you and your husband could make the trip and clean it for the changeover once a month? 

I'll definitely make the short trip out there here in a few weeks.

I've just started the online course through Real Estate Express and plan on completing it before I make the trip home.I do have some money saved up to keep me afloat for a few months while I get into the business but I'm just looking for any advice or tips towards being a successful agent and making a salary as soon as possible once I start. 

Dear BP community,After 2 months of daily research and countless of trips back and forth between south bay and Merced.

I'm primarily interested in BRRR  these days but I'm just generally wondering how my fellow Canadian investors are making a buck.I'm planning a trip to Montreal, Ottawa, and Edmonton in the near future to see what sort of prospects exist in those cities.

I will probably take a trip out there to meet with contractors and get ideas on repairs. 

Hello all :)Business / fun /due diligence trip, starting this weekend for 7 days (Sept 21 - 28).

I look back and regret the money I pissed away from age 24-30 paying high rent, blowing money to go out in the city, and taking trips that everyone else was just because I saw my friends doing it on facebook.Do not get caught in the trap of thinking you have to do or buy what your friends are doing on facebook! 

I'm operating from Michigan and am able to take occasional trips down to Indy to keep an eye on progress.     

The thought of having a minimum 35-100 trip per trip charge is scary.
