I just need some advice to get going and if it is even possible to get an investment loan at my age.

Way too much risk to put on yourself at that age, I would 100% wait a couple years and save up a good nest egg before going into investing.

Can i start investing in real estate at age 16?

Here's what my partners and I would do with this property if it was ours at age 25:1.

Would an appraiser be solely looking at other properties that are exactly the same or very similar (triplex or 4-plex) or do they also look at the sale price of other homes that are a similar age, condition, sq footage, etc, even if they may be SFH?

Tips to financing the first property at a young age?

I just do new appliances now and never have problems.Assuming it is not age or a failing appliance, overloading a fridge can be a problem.

Over time, the oak naturally ages and gets darker and darker under the finish.Eventually, waterborne polyurethanes were developed, and those are the light-colored finishes you see in the pictures, preserving the oak's tan tint (even these will darken too, over time).

Because of their age and risk tolerance they don't want to take on any debt, but would like this money invested for 5-7 years.
