How did your friend wind up managing the properties?

I don't know Waco economics at all, but I'll bet there are 1000 units of some kind available for rent a town of 140-150,000 seems like a lot to me. 

I don't know a ton about AC systems, those were just what the AC company I normally used gave me as options.

Are they obligated to provide those or disclose that they did the work themselves?

If I decide to cut ties, do I lose these listings?
