This is kind of a loaded post so please bear with me:So I'm starting to really look into deals in my town. 

Is there a convienent tool that you can suggest to load it with data in order to have a better view of the area's?

I understand it was during the holidays and they had a heavy load of transactions to go thru.

However, if someone is dead set on being dead weight, there aint nothing you can do.   

First, we also understand it's rare and unlikely, but a real possibility so we weighted that. 

After all this is not rocket science or possibly the bench mark for entry is so low that for most this is rocket science.I know a load of people in many business and each has answers for problems and situations.

The issue is weight, assuming the weight is not causing the roof to sag, there should be no issues especially since the square footage is so small.
