Luthor - that's why I want to get some training in on those subjects in 2020 - anyone come to mind to teach selling on lease option . . the big drawback right now is the whole Dodd Frank and SAFE act that made a lot of grey area questions that creative financing on the sell side can create.

I think the info & definitions will help with the search: I can give you some general info on insuring the property: Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.
