Many real estate agents think it needs to be a pristine turnkey almost-new construction to go FHA because of some nonsense that went down in 2005-2007, and they are mostly wrong about FHA property standards.The question is, are you willing to be scrappy and industrious?

The good part of this is that it's a pretty good job, so it will allow me to have a fair income/cash flow to put towards investing.Otherwise, I'm a quick learner and fairly good with finances but I'm not bringing anything to the table in terms of knowledge about construction/building/renting/etc.

Also when I'm listing a property in typically will not sell to someone using a rehab loan unless they are willing to pay signigantly more than the other offers.

I usually google average mortgage APR and put that number in there any investor worth his salt will know his typical Percentage from the lender he is working with and will factor that in when he sees your report.
