@Arn @Arn S. undefined,  If you really wanted to protection in your situation, I personally feel that trusts are better asset protection vehicles than LLCs.

Autonomous vehicles in my opinion will disrupt real estate, but that will be a long drown out process. 

Generally trust is used as a vehicle to hold plan asset therefore the account should be in the name of the trust using trust's tax ID number, the same is for checks.

I’d rather spend the time in my area of expertise (software) where I can earn more money per time spent with far less risk.I’m not trying to make a living off of real estate – it’s more to park cash in a tax-efficient vehicle and remove the temptation to spend it on luxury items (let's be honest, I'm not as frugal as many of you ;-) ).

I’m just looking for some general feedback or suggestion of ideas on what vehicle might be the right structure or approach.

I don't want to know how to do my own taxes but I at least need to know the basics of the vehicle to know how to drive it in the best way. 

I had actually bought the 30 ft motorhome to be a tour vehicle for my new tour company. 

So… Many have paid substantially more for college… Many have paid substantially more for trade school… both are vehicles to get an education to help land a job and make money.

Looking to learn more about investing in this space via a platform, sales tax liens via a platform and other crowdsourcing real estate vehicles via a tech platform.
