:Going off of memory, we are going to take a strip of LED lighting that will run the length of the handrail, run a wire from the strip light through the wall and to a cabinet which will house a transformer, then from that transformer another wire will run to a switch that will be able to turn the lights on and off.This is the same way that under cabinet lighting works.
