Everyone, thus far, has declined as this offer puts them at easePlumbing: We did raise the bathroom area slightly (~14 inches) to allow for toilet/sink/shower plumbing.

This could be an easy fix if the drain pan is damaged or simply not placed correctly.

Also sinks clogs toilets clog so you will need money for those types of items.
