Most do not say that in most areas a land trust is not asset protection in the sense that is is a separate entity from you.Bill Gatten is probably the worst promoter of land trusts.

Manager number 3 promoted me, then a year later, manager number four put me on a performance improvement plan  (PIP). 

I think that's where the city is struggling, they don't know how to promote the legal way to do it, without bringing in more people who are going to do it the wrong way.

At first I would like to simply supplement my income, but within the next 5 years, I would like to have entirely replaced that income with investments (multiplex, STR, ect). 

We BRRRR 1/3 of projects and flip the other 2/3 to supplement and money left in the BRRRRs.
