For example, I have a 2/1 where my security deposit is typically $1,000 but if there’s more than 1 occupant and guests I charge additional amounts to account  for the wear and tear on my property- My notice period is 15-30 days, depending on what I negotiate with the company, if it’s a corporate lease.
