But why would a single family home that rents for $1,500 a month have $750/month in expenses and the same style home in another state that rents for $800 have $400/month in expenses?

Hi everyone, I have been doing some research on rental property and what I would like to know is, how would I be able to tell if the property taxes are too high in terms of positive cash flow if there are properties that may be similar in size but not style with taxes that are much lower?

Sidebar: I have considered finding a partner in my areas of interest, but I would need to know this person and I have the same style, vision, and work ethic.Any suggestions?
