There are lots of books on credit repair, so I'd start with that - find the highest rated on Amazon and study them!

Tim C.Silver Bay's Investor Presentation is certainly an interesting read, thank you for posting it.Silver Bay will be a fascinating case study to determine if the single family rental business model can be profitable on a massive nationwide scale.

But it's a great neighborhood, one I have discovered after lots of hunting around Brooklyn and Queens, and I like it more and more as I spend time there.
