If seller want to sell it much higher than market and take a chance that the buyer walks away from paying his mortgage - he will want money NOW….not the structured payment as Pace described. if you have few extra K’s to lose - go do your due diligence and use the $$ as a downpayment on real property

In the meantime continue saving more money and make sure you are using your credit meaning make sure you have a credit score because when you actually begin applying that's an important part of the process so that lenders can see you are responsible at paying off any debt.
