If clients want to see all my notes, lab tests, radiology reports..... no problem, Here you go.... start questioning my thought process, work up, interpretation of test results or overall approach to the case.... yeah.... you dont trust me, hit the road.

I'm constantly going back and forth on if I should start building again so I understand your dilemma.

Currently i am remodeling my investing propery to hold and rent, I am planing to start with BRRRR method. 

I'd start by having a realtor walk through it with you and determine how much things would cost to do and what it would add to the value of the home. 

Practical strategies, in this case, can assume a starting point for a person with "x amount" to invest and is ready to start today.

It's not foolproof, but asking other investors in your area who they are using almost always gets us started on the right foot.  

My business partner and I have started to looking for deals for fixing and flipping sfh.

Wanted to get into STR's and have since started a STR management company.

Paul,    I started with house hacking and moved into buying a new SFH every two years with the eventual goal of buying a piece of real estate each year.

Looking to start mixing with the REI here in North Utah.
