Do you ever buy something knowing its a liability (a sports car, a boat, etc)?

It's a team sport.

If you have some good news there that makes it more positive.

This is a capital intensive sport, so I am developing for strategic partnerships in the community to be able to continue to play the game (ie: Banking Relationships, Birddogging for a wholesaler, pairing up with a larger investor, helping my mentor win, ect).

Don't let the HOA's scare you stand your ground, and if you were done wrong, I bet there is a really hungry news reporter in your area would love a good story, and HOAs don't like the news media.

now with that being said i don't know anyone who has ever been punished for doing it. also earlier this month the ohio division of real estate published it is illegal because of XY and Z and they are going to start punishing people for it. again i haven't seen any punishments but it was published in ohios months real estate news letter from the division. 

That's the first I heard such news.

I am starting with ridiculous asking prices for bad neighborhoods ( the ones on the morning, afternoon, and evening news seven days a week).
