We don’t want to be slumlords just trying to retire early and build some generational wealth for our son. 

I own six rentals in Birmingham, and my son buys in the Huntsville area.

(Will be tough but I can do it) but I just don’t have $6000 to give AND pay rent in 10 days AND pay my sons tuition AND get gas… Soooo, my very long story short.

I currently live in Washington State, but am originally from Indianapolis and am thinking of purchasing a small house there that my son can live in while he attends college.

I have a couple rentals about an hour away and my handyman's adult son does this for me.  

Zillow est. ours will rent for $2400/mo, but we had son of friend ask if we would rent to him and buddy for $2,600?
