Hi,My agent tells me that it’s taking longer to rent out homes in texas and california suburbs would be a better option.

Given the recent pickup in activity, I thought this would be a good time to re-hash the agencies' small balance multifamily loan programs for future reference. 

I think it's rude frankly as this website is supposed to be a helping, friendly community. 

My constraints are that I am only 24 and do not have any previous lending history nearly to this capacity, as well as having limited knowledge on how to structure these deals with subdivisions.
