I started with single family rentals and made the leap into a 14 unit multi family.

My wife and I are close to being under contract on a single family home with a MIL suite.

However, the lender that I utilize for that with my clients has not sourced funds from their account, so a personal loan or funding otherwise is still possible to bridge the gap.
