Are there any reasonably priced services that will shovel sidewalks for a small apartment builidng?

My apologies if I've overlooked them.1) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT2) FINAL SCOPE OF WORK3) PAYMENT SCHEDULE4) INSURANCE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT5) FINAL & UNCONDITIONAL LIEN WAIVERI've found multiple samples across the web, but wanted to see if anyone has copies of these they swear by.I'm in Texas, so these docs have to conform to state statutes in regard to arbitration, etc.

With a commercial loan from a bank or credit union here you'd be required to maintain a Minimum DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio).Let's say the bank tells you that you must maintain a 1.30x DSCR, not uncommon for a small multifamily loan like this.

After receiving the notification of change in servicer, the borrower called with a desire to stay and reinstate.

If you rush to provide the service, there's a better chance of biting off more than you can chew.
