They also "fixed" the back door that had been kicked in by putting a couple wood screws in the split portion of the jamb, filling what was left with wood putty, and painting over all of it.

I have few follow up questions –On insurance – I will confirm that they have insurance in case they screw something up accidently on the site then the damages are covered.
