If you want a turn-key project, you will have to pay premium, and that will cost thousands, if you are willing to pay that, then sure, you will have better contractors, some don't even accept any project lower than 100k.

Send the $3-$4/hr VA calling indiscriminately to thousands of people a week and when they find someone that says they are willing to talk about selling, then it gets passed up the food chain to someone that actually knows what they are doing.

I would never do this unless there were some serious financial benefit.On the other hand, I just conversed with someone yesterday that willingly loses hundreds of thousands every year by letting someone else arbitrage his properties.
