If you’re looking for where to land and buy a primary to house hack, it really depends on a few key things that are specific to you: job location, budget, family/schools if applicable, preferences as far as being walking distance to restaurants vs. at the end of a long dirt road with acreage, plains or mountains, hobbies, lifestyle, skiing/snowboarding, rivers, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, single or married, spirituality (looking at you Crestone) etc.

To this day I can not understand why they put a big box store that has no windows or does not incorporate the River at ALL and placed it on the river and then set back their condo building to a street with a view of a weed infested courtyard and a water fountain that is the size of a kiddie pool and only took 10-15 years or so to finish.
