This is fairly common where HOA does not allow renting a condo during the first year of ownership.I usually just move on.However there is a property with such a restriction, but the current owner has been there a while and has been renting, the property is for sale but there is an existing tenant and the lease does not run out for another 8 months. 

So, each band is restrictive in that manner.Interestingly enough, there was just an article about the mid level price band of assets and potential consumers being under served.  

Make sure you know whether the properties have "Deed Restrictions".

I'm really time restricted on this renovation, since I request personal time off from work to do this.

Around here, farmland is usually restricted to 10 acres or larger and such pieces of "small denomination farmland" are scarcer then hen's teeth.

I am not positive, but I think the guidelines are going to relate to restrictions on FNMA loans to an end buyer. 

The roof really restricts your choices.  

Unfortunately, many see it as "gov'mint" restriction rather than a reasonable consumer protection.

It looked like there were several other skip tracing software services but most were restricted to currently licensed PI. 

Even if it were not a legal issue it would be impossible to restrict their visitation without causing problems.
