Your agent should know how to access these companies.

We do have multiple accounts that we use but we each equal access to them.

Since I am a Realtor I have access to the MLS but I don't see any great deals in there.

@Carlos EnriquezNo, I cannot access the tenant's FPL account number.I do have an account for that property, but it is the main house account, not the individual unit account.Just to be sure, I called FPL this morning and inquired about the rebate program and the rationale associated with the rebate program requiring a FPL account number for the AC install location. 

I view hard money lenders not as private investors but banks without the same restrictions, you say it is about the deal but only as long as the deal is not to good.

Those are the banks restrictions.  

Just buy an inflatable mattress, a cheap SmartTV and just stick with Internet access.

It is nice to have access to the MLS plus you can help friends, family and acquaintances with their real estate goals.

Real estate is the least restricted area because everyone can buy or lease property so allowances are made.
