@Julie Groth reach out to your state's MHCA (manufactured housing community association) and I think you will find the person sharing that rumor with you was just not clear on what they were referring to.

The property was referred to me by a property scout in the city.I had one of my partners there go take pics and do a walkthrough of all 3 of the buildingsthen I ran my numbers, did some property and market research and then shot my offer to the owner.He accepted with even countering, lol.

However, you can cross reference the data with Google street view or similar source.

So cash flow is not consistent and probably not fantastic.Also for reference: I haven't included money coming out for expenses (CapEx) in my cash flow reports.

Have your friend or family realtor refer you to an REI Agent.
