You've chosen a great way to make money but it is lot's of work and can be very rewarding!!

I'm able see every reciept and every item on each reciept just by using my regular Chase Visa card.Why are you considering getting a HD card as opposed to using a regular Visa CC (Especially a rewards card).

We play by the rules and reward the hard work of RE agents (even if we found the house via OUR marketing efforts).Of course, we prefer to deal with properties that are NOT listed, but just because it's listed that doesn't take it out of play.

The 2% is a guideline but you don't always need to get it if you are getting other rewards.

I'm tired of the 50-70 hour work weeks (salary) with no pay or reward for all the extra work hours that I put in.

If you are doing the work - you may as well be rewarded for it.

Otherwise, I would look to for an equity partner who will share in the risk (but also any reward).

I am just being a bit of a smart a$$, but seriously, you gotta weigh the risk and reward.
