Good morning all, I'm looking to invest in real estate using Section 8 programsRent covered seems to be great but most of the time, I see that people are not renting for 100% of the voucher is there any reason? 

I don't think the seller of the 6 plex will wait an indefinite amount of time for me. 

During my time in college I never lived on campus and rented four different houses with roommates.

I am just struggling to figure out how I would afford the monthly interest expenses as construction on this type of project would take a ton of time and money.The building will be luxury student apartments which on my rough calculations can have realistically 60-65 apartments or 180-195 beds.

When starting out, I think you should at least be able to get to your property several times within the first couple of years to en reasonable amousure everything is set up and functioning properly.

No system is perfect, so don't waste your time chasing after the next shiny object.

Can any Ohio real estate agents that own personal rental property answer this question?

You can continue to invest in real estate and create more depreciation losses via cost segregation to offset the recapture though.
