The purchase price in many jurisdictions determines how the property will be taxed.

It was an off market property that was sent to me after connecting with a property investor local to the area.

I am starting out in my real estate investing journey and was hoping to see if fellow investors recommend pursuing short sales, banked owned properties and foreclosures, versus pursuing typical MLS properties or off market properties with distressed properties or sellers.  

My family and I recently relocated to Orlando where we also started a Vacation Rental Property Management company. 

Can anyone recommend a good property manager in the area?

I'm really interested in getting started in property investment, but I'm struggling to feel confident in knowing where to start.
